Wedding Photography – How it works

1. Check Availability

If you are interested in booking me as your Wedding Photographer, use the form below to Check my Availability for your wedding day. Don’t worry, I won’t bombard you with emails! Just one letting you know if I am available for your day.

2. Chat

If I am available for your date, I will send you a link to my diary to arrange a NO OBLIGATION chat to discuss the plans for your wedding day. This can be either in-person or online via Zoom.

3. Booking

If you wish to book me as your wedding photographer, you will need to complete a short & simple booking form and pay a deposit of £200 to secure your date. I will then send you a confirmation email and a copy of the booking form for your records.

4. Pre-Wedding Meeting

About 3 weeks before your wedding day we will have a pre-wedding consultation – the who, what, when and where of your wedding day if you like! Your wedding day will go by in a flash and I want you to enjoy every last minute! The last thing you need is me pestering you with loads of questions! We can chat about all the details of your wedding day, including specific photograph requests, in advance at this meeting, so on the wedding day itself you can relax and enjoy it.

5. The Wedding Day

Relax! I got this covered! You can enjoy your wedding day, secure in the knowledge that your wedding photographs will be in the hands of an experienced professional wedding photographer, regardless of what surprises the day brings!

6. Editing & Retouching

Immediately after your wedding, I will back-up all the images. Then I set about editing and retouching your images. Nothing too radical! Just enough to make you and your family & friends look the very best

7. Delivery

Your images will be available to view and download directly from your password-protected client viewing gallery on my website.

I GUARANTEE to have your edited wedding photographs ready and online within 21 days of your wedding – usually a lot sooner.

8. Wedding Album (Optional)

If you order a wedding album with me, you can select the images you want for the album from the client viewing gallery.

I will then produce a design proof for your to review and edit before we send the album to print. Your finished album is usually ready within 3 weeks of proof approval.
